Taking on a new recruit can be a long and frustrating process. With RMN recruitment we are aware of all the potential barriers to nurses starting work. That is why here at Bluerock we ensure that everything is as quick and smooth as possible in the RMN recruitment process. This will mean you will have a fully staffed rota without having to concern yourself with the normal waiting times.

DBS checks are vital to starting work as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN). At Bluerock we save you the time and money of having this completed by ensuring every employee has the necessary checks to work in a role with vulnerable children or adults. This will help streamline the process and make sure that staff are provided as efficiently as possible.

At Bluerock we take the training of our staff very seriously and, for this reason, we make sure that all the staff we supply have undergone and passed an intensive training course before beginning work in the healthcare sector. This training course ensures that all of our staff are immediately ready to start work and will save you time and money. For more information on this please see our training section.

Bluerock make sure that all of their staff are completely kitted out for their first day at their placement. We even provide each of our candidates with a uniform to wear on their first day. However, if you have your own company uniform in place, our staff are more than happy to comply.

As well as being academically qualified, within the UK, it is compulsory for a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to be issued a PIN from the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC). All Bluerock Healthcare RMNs hold a valid PIN to commence work in their new role. It is also possible for any employers to check the validity of any potential staff’s PIN through the following URL:
